The location was great - beach access a minute walk away, lots of shops near by. The pool was lovely to sit by and relax, with a bar/restaurant by the pool. 2 bedroom Room was a decent sized to fit my family comfortably and the view was lovely from our 36th Floor. Staff were very helpful and quite friendly at all times.

The apartment was huge, lots of space for everyone. The view was fantastic though it would have been perfect if we could see more of the sea. The sandy beach and Surfers Paradise were just a short walk away. Kids had so much fun playing by the sea shore. Appreciated the free parking too.

Loved everything, The Ocean View and River Views. The High floor views, shining lights. The space in the Unit. The Location is fantastic. The Tram right there is a lifesaver when having a Parent/ Wheelchair with you and the Tram is a few meters away. Also so close to all the restaurants it was easy to get around to the Woolworths, Pharmacy and Beach. Also the 11:00 am opening of the casual restaurant at the outdoor Cold Swimming Pools. This Unit is so lovely and we loved the stay so much.

The property was in an amazing location, across the road from the beach and a 5 minute walk to cavil. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious. The daily housekeeping was also amazing. Kids loved the indoor pool and the adults loved the onsite bar and food. We also loved the security of the hotel, you had to swipe on entry and exit, we felt very safe.

Apartment was spotless and clean. When I walked in the apartment felt so fresh. Bed making was so neat and I can't fault the cleaning. Housekeeping were friendly and we loved our daily room service. Location was fantastic. The view from room 2304 was amazing. We also loved the free parking on-site which had lifts directly to your room which was so much easier than other places I've stayed on the gold coast.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, and the view was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for accessing all amenities and transport. We only used one of the pools, but it was a fantastic pool.

Central location, within walking distance to everything, tram stop almost in front of hotel & 6 minutes from there to the biggest shopping centre Pacific Fair; room very spacious, great views, in-house wellness centre a bonus! Pools, sauna, gym all handy facilities, staff friendly and helpful; tour desk handy and breakfast at Skypoint on 77th floor a must!

The room was amazing - we received a complimentary upgrade which was even better. The view was spectacular. We enjoyed a lot about our stay.

Location was good, easy to walk to beach, mall, food areas. Carpark was secure, plenty of lots. Large clean room with washing machine and dryer. Showers were good, hot water and adequate pressure. Comfortable beds. Spacious unit with living room area, kitchenette.

The view was exceptional The room was lovely and clean The coffee pod machine was awesome and made great coffee The bed was very comfortable We loved the pool area and thought the bbq area was nice, clean and inviting if we had the kids with us we would of organised a BBQ dinner. We had an exceptional weekend
