The 3-Bedroom Sub Penthouse apartments offer 225 square yards of luxurious living. The apartments are located from Levels 60 and up. This room will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. Guests can purchase additional towels from reception or alternatively use the laundry in the apartment to wash their own towels. This room includes a 25% discount for SkyPoint Climb.

This apartment requires a $2000 pre-authorization security bond. Set on an entire level of the resort, this Presidential Penthouse features a sky-high indoor pool and offers a very spacious 1020 square yards of luxury living. The penthouse also features spacious living areas and is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls and windows, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Gold Coast City and beyond. Other features of this luxury penthouse include a Swedish sauna with change room and shower and a private Theater with a 100” Laser TV mounted in a blacked out private theatrette, with Foxtel, Blu-Ray, sound bar and luxurious lounges. Guests can also relax on the private balcony overlooking the City and Hinterland. There are 4 double-sized bedrooms all with their own en suite. The master bedroom is equipped with a 4-person tiled spa bath overlooking the City, separate lounge area and private office. There are also 2 unique open roof balconies with views of the Pacific Ocean, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Gold Coast Waterways and Hinterland. Private and secure apartment access, entrance and direct access to a secure basement which includes for up to 4 secure parking lots. This room includes a 25% discount for SkyPoint Climb.
